Your delegation will be allocated to one of three hotels for the conference.  The three hotels are next to each other.

 

If you are arriving prior to 19 September or are leaving after 25 September and you would like to extend your stay at the same hotel you will be allocated to, this can be arranged for you. Please complete THIS FORM to make an enquiry, and we will confirm prices with the hotel and let you know before we ask you to confirm the booking. Once you have confirmed, any bookings will be non-refundable and you will be charged by the hotel at the point of check-in so please ensure that you have a credit card or other form of payment on arrival at the hotel.

 

If you need to provide an accommodation address in Dubai, we cannot yet confirm this specifically for each delegation as we are still waiting on the last couple of schools to register, but we can confirm that we will be staying across these three adjacent hotels:

• Crowne Plaza Dubai Festival City: Dubai 45777.

Please only do this if you really do need to know urgently. Otherwise we will be letting everyone know within the next few weeks.

 

Your students will all be staying in triple occupancy rooms.  Where the numbers fit, they will be in the same room as same sex students from their own school.  Where there are fewer than 3 students of the same sex from the same school, students from other schools will be sharing a room with them.
