Accommodation
Accommodation will be across two or three adjacent hotels at Festival City. Students will be sharing triple rooms.
Adults have the choice of opting for triple, twin, or single occupancy, with a different fee for each.
Those sharing a triple room will be accommodated with other RSIC Adult delegates of the same gender. Those booking, and paying the extra fee for Twin Occupancy will have the option of nominating who they will share with. Those adults booking single occupancy will not be asked to share a room at any point during the Conference.
All of the members of a delegation will be kept together in the same hotel (students and adults).

Please check whether you and your students will need visas for Dubai, and find out whether there will be any significant obstacles for your delegation before submitting your LoC. Please ensure that you apply for Visas as soon as you have selected your students to avoid disappointment.

Arrivals day: Friday 19 September 2025 Delegates are asked to arrive / land by 2pm at Dubai International Airport. Delegations will be transferred to the Millennium School, Dubai, for registration and arrivals day activities, before being taken to the Conference Hotels (IHG hotels by Dubai Festival City - school delegations will be in the same hotel). There will be an evening excursion into the desert for a Bedouin Camp themed dinner. Anyone arriving/ landing after 2pm may not be able to join the desert dinner, and in this case will have a free evening in the hotel.
Departures Day: Thursday 25 September 2025. There will be buses leaving for the airport throughout the day.
